During the meeting, which tool place in the mayoresses office, a number of agreements were made which will see greater cooperation going forwards between APA and the council on matters relating to animal welfare and abandoned dogs in particular.

Her ankle was immobilised at the scene before receiving treatment at the health centre.

Council calls for foreign resident support - 28th Dec 2015

The town hall has warned that up to 1,500 foreign residents could be removed from the Nerja Padron this year leading to a decrease in the money the municipality receives from national government. Foreign residents need to renew their registration every two years otherwise the local council will receive less money from the national government to help provide essential services such as police, health centres and essential infrastructure. If you're unsure as to whether this effects you feel free to email your name and NIE number to extranjeros@nerja.es as soon as possible for confirmation. The closing date to renew is the 31st of March.
